The Role
We are seeking a CeMap qualified Mortgage Adviser with a minimum of 2 years’ experience who is eager to pivot into Islamic Finance. This experience will be vital in helping us serve a diverse and growing client base with tailored, strategic financing solutions.
As part of our team, you will guide clients through their journey, from selecting the right product to completing their financing, ensuring a seamless and values‑aligned experience.
You Are
- A Trustworthy Guide: An empathetic communicator who enjoys simplifying complex financial concepts to help clients make confident, well‑informed decisions.
- Tenacious and Goal‑Oriented: An Accountable Owner: Someone who takes personal pride in the entire client journey, proactively managing the "middle ground" between departments to ensure a seamless experience.
- Diligently Compliant: Naturally meticulous, you understand that regulatory rigour and accuracy are the foundation of great advice, rather than just a tick‑box exercise.
- A Collaborative Teammate: A professional who thrives in a team environment, valuing the expertise of underwriters and sales colleagues to achieve the best outcome for the firm.
What You’ll Do
- Home Purchase Plan Advice: Provide expert guidance on StrideUp's Home Purchase Plans (HPP) and Buy‑to‑Let Purchase Plans (BTLPP), tailored to individual client needs.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed set targets for applications, offers, and completed cases.
- Client Journey Management: Manage the financing process from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring clients feel informed and supported at every stage.
- Compliance & Integrity: Ensure all advice and processes comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Customer‑Centric Approach: Deliver an outstanding customer experience, addressing client concerns promptly and fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including intermediary sales, compliance, underwriting, and technology, to deliver optimal outcomes for clients.
