We are looking for Trainee or Experienced Recruiters to join two of our brands:-

Blackfield – who work in Life Sciences / Biotech across the UK, Europe and the US.
If you are looking to enter the recruitment world, ideally you will have some experience in sales in either a retail or customer based environment or you may be a graduate looking to make it big in one of these teams. Either way you need to be hungry for success and all the outcomes that brings…..financial and career opportunities. That may mean meeting clients face to face in the US or Germany/ France / UK etc.
Don’t apply if you want an easy ride and a job you can just turn up to and hope to make a career, you will need to put in the will power, the effort and have a support network around you.
What will you get, full training, support, mentoring, training room experience and 121 sessions for 3 months if you are new to recruitment and on going support if you are experienced.
