A fantastic opportunity to work for a fast growing FM Service provider who are currently recruiting for a Site Maintenance Carpenter to work at a well respected building service provider within a hospital site based in Swindon, Wiltshire. This is a temporary - permanent position. Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. With fantastic opportunities for career progression.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out general building repair and maintenance
- PPM and Faultfinding
- To apply relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards
- Ensure health and safety of sites are met to regulation standards
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience - working within general building and maintenance repairs
- Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance Carpentry & Joinery/ is preferred.
- Essential to have excellent client facing skills
