Stride Recruitment are urgently recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage financial forecasts, cost/value reports, managing subcontractor payments, and maximizing cash flow for a main contractor specialising in residential and commercial construction across the UK, based in London.

  • Postgraduate conversion course, which may be pursued by those who have an undergraduate degree in a different subject, such as mathematics, geography, or economics.
  • HNC or HND in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management may also be acceptable for certain positions.
  • Degree apprenticeships are another valid pathway, combining paid work with part-time university study.
