Priding themselves on delivering an exceptional, unrivalled service., * Deal with property compliance (Renewing EICR’s, EPC’s etc.)

• Liaise and outsource inspections

• Proactively manage the companies residential portfolio

• Deal with end of lease/ checkouts/ deposit negotiations / maintenance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience within a property management role

• Experience with HMO’s would be advantageous

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

• Organisational skills to manage high volumes and client expectations, * Property Management: 1 year (preferred)

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
