We're looking for an experienced and qualified FRA Carpenter to join our Property Team, working across the South Hampshire area. You'll be responsible for carrying out a range of carpentry and fire safety works in residential properties. A company van and fuel card will be provided for business use.
What You'll Do:
- Carry out fire safety carpentry repairs (e.g., fire doors, frames, and stopping works)
- Complete 1st and 2nd fix carpentry tasks
- Install windows, internal/external doors and frames
- Perform locksmith duties including entry via lock snapping, drilling and picking
- Install and service UPVC products
What You'll Need:
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or 5+ years' relevant experience
- Experience working in housing/residential settings preferred
- Good knowledge of fire regulations and health & safety best practices
- Full UK driving licence (minimum 1 year experience)
- Willingness to undergo a basic DBS and licence/qualification check
