About Stride
Stride is a highly creative design studio building standout brands across digital and physical spaces. We partner long-term with purpose-driven clients, helping them tell bold stories and create meaningful impact.
We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Marketing Lead to head up both our studio’s own marketing efforts and support our brilliant retainer clients. You’ll lead the full cycle of marketing - from strategy through to content, campaigns, performance tracking and creative storytelling. This is an ideal role for someone with creative agency experience, a passion for brand-building, and a keen eye for design.
What You’ll Do
- Marketing Strategy & Campaign Leadership
- Create smart, insight-led marketing plans across digital channels
- Plan and schedule campaigns in collaboration with design and project teams
- Spot opportunities across platforms and trends to elevate our clients and Stride’s presence
- Set clear KPIs, monitor success and report back to internal teams and clients
- Content Creation & Storytelling
- Write and curate compelling content: journals, emails, brand copy, etc.
- Maintain a clear, distinctive tone of voice
- Manage campaign execution across web, email and social channels
- Digital Marketing & SEO
- Build and execute SEO strategies to drive visibility and traffic
- Manage and optimise our websites using WordPress (and similar CMS tools)
- Use Google Analytics, keyword research, and performance tools to improve results
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years experience in a marketing role at a creative agency or design-led business
- A strong editorial voice and confidence presenting ideas
- Great organisational skills and self-direction
- Comfort with juggling multiple projects and working independently
- A sharp eye for good design and attention to detail
- An interest in AI’s role in marketing creativity
- Useful but not essential - familiarity with Figma, Adobe CC, Asana, Mailchimp
