A local Property Maintenance Company are looking to recruit a well skilled multi to join their Kitchen & Bathroom Property Team. A lot of the work will be within Portsmouth and surrounding areas, with maximum travel up to South London. You will be provided with a company van and fuel card to cover business travel expenses.
Key Responsibilities
- Install kitchens and bathrooms, including tiling, basic plumbing, and decorating/finishing work
- Perform carpentry repairs and maintenance in domestic properties
- Replace sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, and level decks
- Box in pipework and install sundry items such as taps
- Fit prebuilt kitchen cupboards and base units
- Vinyl floor laying experience is advantageous but not required
- Must be able to solder
Qualifications
- All Employees will be paid on a CIS Basis. Van will come home with you every evening.
- Uniform and PPE provided
- IPAD System to show all your work
- At least 5 years of multi-trade experience
- Experience working in occupied premises with strong customer service skills
- Ability to use mobile technology (iPad or PDA)
- Current CSCS card (desirable)
- Full and valid UK driving licence with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Ability to drive a company van
- You will be paid hourly £18-£20ph depending on experience
