What You'll Be Doing Lead the day-to-day delivery of technical estates and facilities management services. Manage and oversee planned and reactive maintenance. Ensure buildings, plant, equipment and critical systems remain safe, compliant and operational. Develop and manage the annual planned preventative maintenance programme. Ensure all health, safety, statutory and contractual requirements are met. Lead, motivate and develop the Estates team through coaching and support. Manage contractors, suppliers and key stakeholder relationships. Deputise for the Contract Manager when required. Manage operational risks and support asset replacement programmes. Monitor budgets, costs and financial performance. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and service delivery. What We're Looking For Experienced in technical estates, engineering or hard facilities management. A confident leader who can motivate and develop a team. Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities. Knowledgeable about health, safety and statutory compliance. Comfortable managing contractors, budgets and maintenance programmes.
