Stride Recruitment are urgently recruiting an Electrical Engineer to be based on-site at Wishaw University Hospital, ML2 0DP covering PPMs, Refurbishment and Reactive Maintenance Breakdowns on a Long Term contract working on behalf of our client's Estates Management division.
Core details:
- Electrical Engineer based on-site at Wishaw University Hospital, ML2 0DP.
- Immediate interviews / start dates.
- Full time Mon to Fri, 8 till 4.30pm - 37.5 hour basic week + Overtime available (shift covers and shut down work, as well as additional remedial works) paid at time and a half.
- A separate flexible working shift pattern is also available, 12 hours shifts mixed between day 7am 7pm and night 7pm 7am.
- Salary: Standard hourly rate 22.60 per hour, ongoing with overtime at uplifted standard 1.5 x over 37.5 hours or 2 x rate Sundays and reactive maintenance breakdowns.
Anything from changing light fittings to moving sockets, to completing fire alarm / emergency light testing and remedial work to full electrical shutdowns across the hospital alone working with internal colleagues.
Accountabilities:
To service and maintain building services plant and equipment in accordance with relevant standards, frequencies, and safe working practices. To respond to reactive breakdowns.
