Stride is seeking a dedicated and conscientious Independence Coach to join our fantastic team. You will be supporting neurodivergent adults to work towards their individual goals through tailored, person‑centred coaching sessions. Male coach needed due to client specific needs (protected under Equality Act).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own schedule and client caseload
  • Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred coaching sessions
  • Complete daily session notes and track client progress
  • Liaise and collaborate with the wider team to support client goals
  • Maintain professional boundaries and uphold Stride Yorkshire’s values
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a car for daily travel (mileage scheme available)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confidence and initiative when planning and delivering bespoke sessions
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly within a community‑based role

Qualifications

  • Experience providing personal assistance or coaching for neurodivergent adults
  • Understanding of neurodiversity or experience in a related field
