Trainee/Junior or graduate level recruitment role delivering to the UK, US or European markets. We have 3 delivery roles based in niche sectors in our Blackfield & Urban brands. You’ll join experienced teams who know their markets and need support with candidate interviews, talent mapping, resourcing for roles and new geographical areas.
These roles are a mix of 4 or 5 day a week positions depending on UK/Europe or US desks. You must be motivated, enthusiastic, keen on building a career that may lead to senior delivery or consulting or leadership.
