We are seeking an experienced Associate Architect or Associate Technologist to join our Winchester office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong track record of delivering projects who is ready to take the next step in their career. While experience within the healthcare sector would be advantageous, we are equally open to candidates who bring transferable skills and a willingness to learn.

You will have a collaborative mindset, taking pride in delivering strong outcomes for clients and colleagues. You will have already demonstrated leadership capability, with the confidence to take ownership of projects, support and mentor others, and contribute to a positive team culture. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping projects and influencing the direction of the team, making it ideal for someone who is looking to become an integral member of our senior leadership group and contribute to the continued success and growth of the practice.

Requirements

  • 5 years post qualified (ARB) experience (minimum) working in a high quality, design and delivery focused practice
  • A desire to create and deliver great buildings
  • Experience of large-scale architectural projects, while able to manage smaller/multiple projects alongside.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a large multi-disciplinary team, manage a small team, and work independently
  • Excellent drawing and presentation skills and the ability to explain a design idea and evolution of a concept
  • An ability to build rapport, create positive relationships and work effectively with others.
  • Experience in a leadership role where you have demonstrated and implemented positive change and developed people in your team.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate working in a hybrid environment (office and home-based working)
  • Working knowledge of Revit or commitment to gain the required level of knowledge through training
