About the Role

The role is anticipated to be 3–4 days per week (22.5 to 30 hours).

    • Supporting Key Account Managers with reporting and insight.
    • Ensuring client touchpoints are logged and followed up.
    • Supporting the development and maintenance of Partnership Charters.
    • Coordinating milestone celebration events with key clients and delivery teams.
  • Company-Wide Client Experience Enablement
    • Helping colleagues deliver a consistently excellent client experience, while enabling directors to focus their time on high-value activity through executive and meeting coordination.
    • Coordinating diaries for directors and the Senior Leadership Team, particularly around Key Account Managers and key client meetings.
    • Reducing scheduling friction and back-and-forth communication.
    • Preparing and distributing meeting papers, agendas, and follow-up actions.
    • Ensuring all attendees are well-prepared with the right information ahead of meetings.
