We are offering an opportunity for someone eager to join our Bristol team. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills on a variety of exciting projects within a diverse and growing team. You will be working alongside the Creative Lead on a significant commercial/private sector development across multiple buildings, working closely together to respond to our clients' needs and manage their expectations. With strong creative skills and the ability to communicate ideas through visuals and carefully crafted presentations.
You will be a motivated and enthusiastic team player, should have an open mind and be enthused by the opportunity to deliver ‘maximalist' and ‘alternative' design solutions. You will possess excellent product knowledge within Interior Design; seeing the challenge of non-standard design as a positive part of the project brief and embrace it fully!
You will have:
- A desire to deliver a great client experience
- Demonstrate creative and compelling concept design
- Excellent Sketch-up skills
- Strong Interior Design product knowledge
- Good Revit skills
Requirements
Essential skills:
- An interior design or interior architecture degree
- Strong client care skills with an ability to adapt to changing demands
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team - building rapport and creating positive relationships
- Experience delivering projects through RIBA stages
- Excellent product knowledge within Interior Design and the ability to produce specification documents and schedules
- Working knowledge of British Standards and BSA legislation
- Excellent ability to work autonomously, manage own time and prioritise tasks
- Be proactive in carrying out internal design reviews alongside other team members
- Ability to liaise with other consultants regarding design challenges and convey interior design requirements
- Ability to attend site and liaise with contractor teams during construction
Desirable Skills:
- An understanding of projects under traditional contract
- Production of rendered visuals – Enscape
- Knowledge and application of AI tools
