The Opportunity
We’re hiring Graduate Influencer Talent Managers to join our growing Talent Management team. You’ll be responsible for discovering and signing new creators, building relationships with influencers, managing talent, and helping secure brand partnerships. This is a full-time, commission-only position. There is no fixed salary, and your earnings are directly linked to your performance and the deals you generate. While the role is full-time, you have flexibility over when you work - making this ideal for motivated graduates who value autonomy and want to build their career without traditional 9–5 restrictions. With strong performance, there are quick opportunities to take on greater responsibility, manage more talent and progress within the company.
What You'll Be Doing
- Discover New Talent: Identify and recruit promising influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms, primarily across the UK & US.
- Creator Outreach & Recruitment: Reach out to potential creators, conduct calls and introduce them to Stride Social.
- Talent Management: Build long-term relationships with creators and support them throughout their partnerships and campaigns.
- Brand Outreach & Sales: Identify relevant brands and help secure paid opportunities for your talent roster.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate influencer campaigns and ensure partnerships run smoothly from start to finish.
- Grow Your Own Portfolio: Build and develop your own roster of creators while increasing your earning potential.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside the wider team through regular strategy meetings, training and performance reviews.
