The Opportunity:
We’re looking for driven, ambitious, and confident individuals to join our Talent Management team. As a Talent Manager, you’ll work directly with influencers and brands, helping creators secure partnerships while building long-term relationships and growing your own portfolio. This is a fully remote, commission-only role, meaning your earnings are directly tied to your performance — with top performers earning between £2,000–£14,000+ per month.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- 🔎 Discover New Talent: Find and recruit emerging influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms in the UK & US markets.
- 📞 Sales & Recruitment: Conduct outreach and onboarding calls with creators interested in joining Stride Social.
- 🤝 Talent Management: Build strong relationships with influencers and support them throughout campaigns and partnerships.
- 📈 Campaign Coordination: Manage collaborations between creators and brands to ensure campaigns run smoothly and successfully.
- 💼 Brand Outreach: Connect directly with brands you believe align with your talent roster and help secure paid campaigns.
- 👥 Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team through weekly strategy meetings every Monday & Friday.
