Role Overview: Are you enthusiastic about influencer advertising and ready to dive into the industry? Stride Social is seeking motivated individuals to join our Talent Management team. As a Talent Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, directly managing relationships with influencers, negotiating deals, and overseeing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone eager to build a career in influencer marketing, with the flexibility to work remotely or from our Bali office. Perfect for anyone just starting their career in the industry. No experience needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discovering New Talent: Identify up-and-coming influencers in the UK and US to sign with Stride Social.
  • Sales and Recruitment: Conduct sales calls to onboard potential talent to Stride Social and expand our influencer network.
  • Talent Onboarding: Guide new influencers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into our roster.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee and manage campaigns, coordinating between influencers and brands to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Regularly communicate and collaborate with the team, contributing to the success of ongoing projects.
  • Meetings: Participate in two team meetings per week (Monday & Friday) to align on goals and strategies.
  • Brand Outreach: Directly get in touch with Brands you believe would be a good fit for your Talent and set up campaigns on their behalf.
