Stride Social is seeking motivated individuals to join our Talent Management team. As a Talent Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, directly managing relationships with influencers, negotiating deals, and overseeing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone eager to build a career in influencer marketing, with the flexibility to work remotely or from our Bali office.
- Discovering New Talent: Conduct sales calls to onboard potential talent to Stride Social and expand our influencer network.
- Talent Onboarding: Oversee and manage campaigns, coordinating between influencers and brands to deliver successful outcomes.
- Meetings: Participate in two team meetings per week (Monday & Friday) to align on goals and strategies.
- Brand Outreach: Directly get in touch with brands you believe would be a good fit for your talent and set up campaigns on their behalf.
