Weβre hiring a Senior Technician β Electrical for a leading UK housing provider. This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role, overseeing workplace technicians and ensuring high-quality maintenance, repair, and installation across the estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as technical lead and first point of escalation for technicians
- Perform and supervise electrical maintenance, repairs, and installs
- Manage day-to-day task allocation and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Support training, toolbox talks, and contractor supervision
- Carry out quality checks and reactive maintenance (electrical, basic plumbing, joinery, decorating)
