We are looking for a Workplace Operations Manager to oversee the setup and day-to-day management of our new operational hubs. You will ensure smooth transitions, compliance with regulations, and a high-quality workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and facilities management of new office locations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory regulations.
- Work closely with project teams to transition workplaces smoothly.
- Manage contracts and service providers for facilities operations.
- Oversee budgets, track project progress, and report updates.
- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless office experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in setting up and managing new office locations.
- Knowledge of workplace compliance, facilities services, and contractor management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and ensure efficient operations.
- A team player with a proactive approach.
- Full UK driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
