We are hiring a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. You will manage a caseload of customer enquiries and key accounts, providing pre- and post-sales support, technical advice, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently and within service level agreements.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships through regular contact.
- Provide advice and technical support on product applications.
- Review contracts and process customer orders accurately.
- Generate and follow up on quotations and ensure timely order acknowledgments.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Technical, Finance) to meet customer needs.
- Log and track customer complaints in collaboration with the QA team.
- Support customers via phone, email, and online portals.
- Occasionally attend on-site customer visits (UK, Europe, or international).
Requirements:
