We are currently looking for an experienced Fast Track Fee Earner to join a well-established and busy personal injury team. This is a great opportunity for someone confident managing their own caseload of RTA pre and post-litigated fast track claims, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering strong outcomes for clients.
The role involves taking ownership of a high-volume caseload, progressing files from instruction through to settlement or litigation. You will be handling a mix of liability, quantum, and negotiation work, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and in line with CPR.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing a busy fast track RTA/MOJ caseload
- Assessing liability and reviewing medical evidence
- Drafting schedules of loss and court documents
- Negotiating settlements with insurers and third parties
- Progressing files through litigation where required
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedural rules
What we are looking for:
