We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Fast Track Fee Earner - MOJ to join a busy and collaborative legal claims team specialising in personal injury litigation (non-infant cases). This role is well suited to individuals with a strong interest in personal injury law and proven experience working within the MOJ portal process. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of fast-track personal injury matters from initial instruction through to settlement, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a high standard of client care throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of fast-track personal injury claims through the full MOJ process
- Progress files efficiently from instruction to settlement, ensuring all deadlines and SLAs are met
- Review and assess claims, gathering supporting evidence and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates and handling queries professionally
- Liaise with third parties including insurers, medical experts, and opposing representatives
- Draft and submit legal documentation in line with procedural and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using internal case management systems
- Contribute to team collaboration and ongoing process improvements
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience handling fast-track personal injury (RTA / MOJ) claims is essential
- Strong understanding of the MOJ portal and personal injury litigation processes
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office (desirable)
- Proactive, client-focused approach with strong attention to detail
