We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Fast Track Fee Earner – MOJ to join a busy and collaborative legal claims team specialising in personal injury litigation (non-infant cases). The successful candidate will manage a caseload of fast-track personal injury matters from initial instruction through to settlement, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a high standard of client care throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of fast-track personal injury claims through the full MOJ process
  • Progress files efficiently from instruction to settlement, ensuring all deadlines and SLAs are met
  • Review and assess claims, gathering supporting evidence and documentation
