  • Investigate losses thoroughly and produce clear, well-reasoned reports.

  • Appoint and manage experts, surveyors and other specialists as needed.
  • Agree interim payments and final settlements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, brokers and policyholders.
  • Deliver a high technical standard while keeping service and communication sharp.
