Our client, a market leading international loss adjusting company, is seeking an experienced Senior Liability Loss Adjuster to join their very experienced field based liability / casualty team.
The role involves handling and settling a diverse caseload of third-party liability claims, typically up to £100K. This includes a mix of Employers' Liability and Public Liability claims, with responsibilities ranging from thorough investigation and report-only cases to managing claims from inception to resolution.
You will provide expert advice to policyholders within specified timeframes, ensuring claims are handled efficiently and in accordance with client service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key responsibilities:- Establishing liability through detailed investigations.
- Supporting and advising clients on claims issues.
- Managing client relationships.
- Collaboration with colleagues from various business areas, such as Property, Major & Complex Loss, Contractors, and Legal Services, to ensure a thorough and efficient claims process.
You will be tasked with covering the Midlands area of England, so a full, clean driving license is essential for this opportunity.
Experience:- Experience across Employers', Public and Product Liability claims, including third-party Property Damage.
- A strong technical background within the adjusting or handling arena.
