A leading organisation in the insurance sector is seeking to recruit a skilled and dedicated Loss Adjuster to cover the North East region. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively attending site and investigating commercial property claims. You will provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process and ensure that claims are handled efficiently and proactively. You will also need to adhere to contractual and client SLAs and KPIs, contributing to the company's high standards of service delivery.
To be successful, you must have in-depth knowledge of commercial property claims and principles, with experience in an external role.
