  • Manage and nurture an existing portfolio of clients, each paying premiums of up to £10k.

  • Meet and exceed a realistic annual new business income target of approximately £25k – existing colleagues are on and above target.
  • Collaborate with an experienced team and benefit from a structured training programme, including mentorship.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience of commercial insurance, in a role that deals with clients – such as account handling, sales and development, broking, or underwriting.
  • The communication skills to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a desire to contribute to a team\’s success.

Location & Availability:

  • Candidates should ideally be based near to one of the firms regional offices, within commuting distance to London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Leicester, Newcastle, Bristol or Edinburgh for work, meetings, training and coaching purposes.
