A well-established insurance brokerage, part of a leading national group, is seeking a Professional Indemnity Account Handler to join its settled and high-performing team. The broker is stable, growing, and focused on the future. The Chester-area office is home to a collaborative team, including Account Executives, Administrators, and Compliance support.
The Role
- This is a client-facing role focused primarily on Professional Indemnity insurance, with some exposure to Cyber and Management Liability products.
- The portfolio mainly serves construction and legal sector clients, with clients located across the UK.
- Manage existing clients through renewals, servicing and MTAs.
- Predominantly desk-based/phone-based servicing.
- Support clients with a strong emphasis on retention and technical advice.
About You
- Proven experience handling Professional Indemnity risks (not necessarily as a PI specialist).
- Comfortable advising clients through renewals.
- Strong relationship management and technical capability.
- Experience using Acturis is advantageous but not essential.
