In order to continue this success they are looking for experienced Commercial Underwriters to join the business in the exciting role of Portfolio Underwriters. This is a very unique and tremendously exciting role that would suit someone who is looking for more than simply transactional underwriting, giving you greater control and responsibility for account performance.
As a Portfolio Underwriter you will:
- Drive the performance and profitability of your own product and scheme portfolios.
- Be an integral part of new and exciting projects to develop and enhance scheme propositions to the market.
- Use data driven insights to monitor performance, identify trends and make recommended adjustments to underwriting strategy, risk selection and pricing.
- Set clear and concise strategies for our regional underwriting units and be involved in developing and supporting their implementation.
- Utilise your market knowledge, extensive network and technical expertise to support the business with their ongoing growth and development strategy.
As a Portfolio Underwriter you will have:
