Corporate clients. £25k+ minimum fee income. Advice led programmes. This is not a volume commercial book, it's focused on genuine corporate clients; established businesses with complex insurance programmes and high expectations of their broker. Fewer clients. Larger programmes. Proper broking. You will work alongside experienced Account Executives servicing these relationships.
The business: A major international broking firm, well established globally, yet still relatively new to the UK market. The UK team is investing heavily in developing its strong corporate proposition. Their approach is different to many traditional brokers:
- Data led advice
- Technology driven risk insight
- Strong focus on programme design
It allows them to compete directly with the established national and global brokers, and they are winning work because of it. The corporate client base is growing and the servicing team is expanding.
The role: Acting as the day-to-day point of contact and working alongside Account Executives on the servicing and placement of corporate insurance programmes. Typical responsibilities include:
- Managing renewals and mid term adjustments
- Preparing renewal reports and market presentations
- Supporting placement strategy and insurer negotiations
- Liaising with insurers to secure terms
- Acting as a day to day contact for clients and finance teams
The focus is quality service, not processing volume.

- Experience servicing corporate or larger commercial clients
- Strong knowledge across core commercial lines
- Confidence dealing with insurers and clients
- A structured approach to renewals and programme management
This role suits someone who already has some corporate exposure and wants to develop further.

- Around 60% home based
- Two days per week in a regional office
- Offices across the North West, Midlands, South West, London and Scotland
Package:
- Salary up to £60,000 (flexible for the right person)
- Strong bonus potential
- Hybrid working
- A well backed international broker investing heavily in the UK
