The role involves working across a varied book of business, supporting clients on renewals, mid-term adjustments, market presentations and day-to-day servicing across a range of commercial lines. This is a role for someone who is comfortable dealing with more complex cases, keeping standards high and building trust with clients, insurers and colleagues.
