What You’ll Do
- Lead 3 Development Executives from day one, with full scope to grow the team
- Target mid-market and corporate insurance clients, converting larger opportunities with support from project teams
- Make the most of established leads, introducers, and marketing activity
- Deliver tailored insurance solutions with full broking support
- Coach, develop, and inspire your team while setting performance standards
Who You Are
- Experienced in commercial insurance sales, ideally with senior or leadership exposure
- Results-driven and motivated by opportunities to grow revenue
- Confident leading, coaching, and developing others
- Skilled at building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded and ready to take ownership of a growing function
