Job Description
We are seeking experienced Insurance Broker / Account Executive to join our clients team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a large and successful office with an experienced leadership team and a focus on growth and development.
This role can be based in Warwick, Birmingham, Northampton or Leicester offices.
The Role
- Manage inbound/outbound communication with warm leads
- Handle existing accounts and provide exceptional customer service
- Work closely with the SME team to drive business growth
- Contribute to the training and development of junior team members
- Excellent career progression within a large professional insurance group
The Candidate
- 3 years minimum Cross Class experience
- Proven experience in Property & Casualty within the Commercial and Corporate sector
- Good Technical Commercial knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of insurance industry practices and principles
