The role:
- Underwrite new specialty commercial combined business from brokers
- Build and strengthen broker relationships, supported by strong capacity and appetite to trade
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and secure new agency appointments
- Contribute to regional plans and have input into underwriting approach and development
- Operate fully remotely, with flexibility to meet brokers face-to-face where it adds value
