We are working with an established insurance broker based in Leicester who is looking for a Commercial Insurance Advisor to work in their SME department. You will be dealing with Clients paying premiums up to Β£10,000.
The Role
- The successful Candidate will be responsible for dealing with renewals, mid-term alterations and new business quotations.
- You will deal with client queries on the phone and by email.
- You will provide a comprehensive customer service to meet the insurance needs of a range of clients.
- You will join a long standing team who will provide training and guidance where necessary
The Required Skills
- Previous experience within insurance is essential, ideally within Commercial Broking or Underwriting.
- Experience of dealing with package policies, commercial combined and E-Trading will be an advantage.
- Candidates from an Insurance Company or Insurance Broker background will be considered for this Commercial Insurance Handler role.
- Strong IT, communication and time management skills
- Ability to work within a team and individually
