This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in claims and who wants to be more than a post box – you’ll be handling a mix of commercial claims, providing day-to-day support to clients and colleagues while managing cases through to resolution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing your own caseload of commercial claims, including Property, Liability, and Motor Fleet
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, insurers, and adjusters throughout the lifecycle of each claim
  • Providing timely updates, guidance and support to ensure clients understand the process and feel supported
  • Recording and managing all case details accurately, maintaining an effective diary system and claims reporting
  • Preparing MI and claims summaries for internal teams and clients as needed

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience in a claims handling role (commercial preferred, but personal lines will be considered)
  • Confidence working directly with clients and external partners
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • A calm, measured approach—especially when clients are under pressure
  • Willingness to develop further through training and on-the-job learning
