A well-established, data-led loss adjusting business is continuing to grow across a number of specialist and niche areas, supported by strong financial performance and sustained client demand. As part of this growth, an opportunity has been created for an experienced Property Loss Adjuster to join the general property team. This is a home-based role with regional travel across the London area and occasional overnight stays.

The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of property claims from minor damage through to major and complex losses
  • Handle both commercial and domestic claims up to £100,000 in value
  • Take ownership of your own regional caseload, working autonomously
  • Investigate claims thoroughly, establishing facts, policy coverage, and liability
  • Deliver fair and timely settlements, balancing customer needs with technical accuracy
  • Support policyholders with a calm, measured and empathetic approach
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure proactive claims resolution

About You

  • ACII or CILA qualified
  • Strong experience in property loss adjusting across commercial and/or domestic claims
  • Solid understanding of FCA regulations and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles
  • Able to manage a varied caseload with differing levels of complexity
  • Comfortable working in a modern, data-driven environment
  • Strong communication and investigation skills with a pragmatic approach
