Our client is recruiting for a Senior Corporate Sales Manager, an individual who can hold court with C-Suite of FTSE 350+. We are working with a longstanding insurance provider of specialist products that require the skills and guile to build partnership relationships with senior management across a defined region, allowing the individual to build pipeline and drive growth and penetration of their product and services.

Across the SouthWest of the UK, from South Wales and South West of England, as a Senior Corporate Sales Manager, you will identify and target new business opportunities across the defined segments. This will be done by building deep and meaningful relationships across identified target clients. You will develop a clear engagement plan – internally and externally – and have a strong method of producing and diligently working on account plans for key relationships. Maintain comprehensive sales data and management information through the company pipeline tool.

The role is remote, reporting into central office a couple of times a month for team meetings. As a commercially astute Senior Corporate Sales Manager, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior corporate sales or business development. You must have evidence of selling propositions and products to corporate entities at a senior and C-Suite level, preferably in the financial services or property and construction industries.

You might be an individual who works independently, or an individual who has experienced management but wants to step back. This role has no direct management responsibility. You must be relationship-focused, building rapport with clients and colleagues. As well as the experience, our client would prefer to see professional certifications in sales or business development.

As a senior position, the role will have a significant base salary, ranging between £60k and £80k (depending on experience). Exceptional benefits include private medical, life assurance, critical illness, strong pension provision, and many other financial additions.
