We're delighted to be working with a highly respected insurance broker, who are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to join their expanding Corporate Division. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader within commercial or corporate broking to step into a role that combines team management, client relationship oversight, and strategic new business development.
The Role: As Commercial Manager, you will lead a team of experienced Account Executives, ensuring the delivery of first-class service to an established corporate client base while driving new business growth. You'll oversee a portfolio of key clients, provide strategic input into division growth, and lead from the front - balancing operational management with hands-on client and market engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a team of Account Executives within the Corporate Division
- Managing a portfolio of significant, long-standing corporate clients
- Driving client retention, service excellence, and cross-selling opportunities
- Supporting and mentoring team members to achieve growth and performance objectives
- Developing new business opportunities and leading on complex client wins
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and FCA regulations

About You:

- Cert CII or Dip CII qualified (or equivalent experience)
