A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Broker to join a highly respected national insurance brokerage. This role offers the chance to work on large corporate, complex, and multi-class placements while supporting a network of regional offices across the UK.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage placement of commercial and mid-corporate new business and renewals across casualty, property, and multi-line commercial risks.
- Negotiate directly with insurers to secure competitive terms and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Oversee tactical placement to ensure strong retention and consistent delivery standards.
- Engage with regional teams to develop new business pipelines and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as a trusted Broker and technical expert, providing insight on complex and high-value cases.
- Identify and implement enhancements to products, pricing, and placement strategies.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in a market-facing commercial insurance environment, gained with a major insurer or Broker.
- Ideally Dip CII qualified (or working towards).
