We are seeking experienced SME Account Handlers to join our clients team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic office with a strong leadership team and a focus on growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound communication with warm leads
- Handle existing accounts and provide exceptional customer service
- Work closely with the SME team to drive business growth
- Contribute to the training and development of junior team members
