Recruiting on behalf of a leading global insurance brokerage. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Broker to join a growing team specialising in the Care sector. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly professional, fast-paced and collaborative environment where high standards of client service and commercial focus are central to everything the team delivers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective broking of new client enquiries, working closely with Account Executives to advise clients, structure suitable insurance programmes and secure appropriate cover in line with their specific needs. You will play a key role in developing new client relationships through delivering a consistent and high-quality service experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Broking and placing new commercial insurance business within the Care sector (mid-market/corporate sized premiums)
- Working in partnership with Account Executives to deliver tailored insurance solutions
- Providing high-quality advice and guidance to new clients
- Ensuring placements meet regulatory and client requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in commercial insurance broking
