This is a senior, high-profile role offering the opportunity to manage significant real estate clients across commercial and corporate portfolios, working with high-value risks and complex insurance programmes.
The Role:
- As a Real Estate Account Executive, you will manage and develop a portfolio of clients within the real estate sector, providing technical insurance advice, overseeing renewals, and building long-term client relationships.
- You will also work closely with underwriters to negotiate bespoke terms and ensure market-leading solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of real estate clients across commercial, corporate, and investment sectors
- Delivering renewals, mid-term adjustments, and tailored insurance solutions
- Liaising with insurers to secure competitive and bespoke coverage
- Building strong client relationships at senior level
- Supporting business development activity where applicable
- Ensuring compliance with FCA and internal governance standards
- Mentoring junior members of the team as required
About You:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or Senior Account Handler in the real estate sector
- Strong technical knowledge across property, liability, and related corporate risks
- Excellent client relationship, negotiation, and communication skills
- Confident managing high-value, complex portfolios
- Highly organised and proactive, with attention to detail
- Cert CII qualified or working towards
- Acturis or similar broking system experience desirable
