We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to join our client's expanding Corporate team in Leicester. - Manage insurer and customer queries, process policies, and chase outstanding documentation.
- Handle account queries and credit control matters, highlighting any concerns.
- Apply legal and regulatory policies related to internal policies and insurance contracts.
Qualifications
- Experience in cross-class commercial/corporate products.
- Knowledge of general commercial insurance.
- Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications (Cert CII/Dip CII) desirable.
- Target-driven with a track record of achieving SLAs.
- Strong rapport-building and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proficient in Acturis.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
