Our client, a well-respected Insurance Broker is seeking a Commercial Claims Handler to join its existing Claims Team. Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will manage a small caseload of circa 200 files from first notification through to final conclusion. You will be responsible for handling all classes of commercial claims efficiently, aiming for prompt resolution and settlement through close collaboration with insurers, TPAs, and loss adjusters.  Whilst you will not have delegated authority, you will assess liability, prepare claims for settlement, and keep all parties informed throughout the process. Acting as the client’s representative during claims, you will maintain clear communication with all relevant parties. To be considered, you will be an experienced Commercial Claims Handler, with knowledge of Motor, Property and Casualty.  It would be advantageous if you hold insurance qualifications, and are open to  continuous learning and development through industry qualifications and training.  As expected, it’s imperative that you’re an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills.  In return, you will receive a basic salary up to £34,000 along with a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.  This is a hybrid opportunity, typically 3 days in the office 2 days at home.  We also welcome those that are requiring flexible/condensed hours.    …
