Following a period of sustained growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Development Finance Underwriter to join their high-performing team.

This is an opportunity to move beyond simply processing credit papers. You’ll be trusted to shape lending decisions, challenge assumptions, and work closely with experienced originators, credit professionals and senior stakeholders on a diverse range of development finance transactions.

  • Experience reviewing development appraisals and financial models.
  • Excellent credit analysis and report writing skills.
  • The confidence to challenge and influence lending decisions.
