Are you an experienced Residential Building Surveyor looking for a flexible, remote-based role with excellent earning potential? We’re recruiting nationwide, with a strong focus on Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Sheffield, London, and Bristol.
The Role:
- Conduct Level 2 (Homebuyer Reports) and Level 3 (Building Surveys)
- Provide detailed, accurate, and high-quality reports to clients
- Liaise with homeowners, buyers, and property professionals to offer expert guidance
- Manage your own diary efficiently to ensure smooth and timely survey completion
- Stay up to date with relevant regulations and industry standards
What We’re Looking For:
- RICS-qualified Surveyor (AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS)
- Proven experience in Level 2 & Level 3 residential surveys
- Strong report-writing and communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
