We’re working with a leading property investment and management company seeking a proactive and commercially minded professional to oversee a portfolio of assets across Leeds and the surrounding areas.
The Role:
- Portfolio Management – Oversee a mixed-use portfolio, ensuring assets are well-maintained and delivering strong returns.
- Asset Enhancement – Identify opportunities to improve asset performance, drive rental growth, and optimise occupancy.
- Tenant Relations – Act as the main point of contact for tenants, negotiating lease renewals and resolving issues effectively.
- Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, service charges, and financial reporting to maximise value.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with investors, landlords, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and strategic asset management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in property and asset management, ideally within commercial or mixed-use portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of leases, service charges, and property law .
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- RICS qualification – Must be a minimum of 1 year PQE
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a keen eye for identifying value-add opportunities.
